Calling all Lean management consultants!! My client is a boutique consulting firm based in Dubai that specialises in delivering effective results using lean methodologies. They are a growing firm with a very bright future and lots of projects already on the table to keep you busy. They are the only consulting firm in the region to specialize solely in Lean transformation and as such have their eyes firmly fixed on their future growth and development.

Requirements

The Role

The client has a number of projects in mind for their new joiner so you will be required to hit the ground running. You will be required to analyse the clients businesses as if approach and develop a Lean solution that will help to transform their business. Knowledge on tools such as: Six Sigma, Kaizan, Just in Time, Root cause analysis etc will be tested during the interview process so please do not apply if you have not got experience in Lean transformation.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have worked in the automotive or other production based industry followed by some time with a management consultancy firm. The client would be interested in candidate that have worked only in industry but they will have to demonstrate that they have worked on a consulting / project basis. They will be outgoing and ready for life with a small consulting firm. They must be passionate about Lean methods and able to demonstrate knowledge through their CV and during the interview process.
