As a result of continuous growth and development we have a unique opportunity for an Assistant Manager of Learning and Development to join our team of professionals.
In this position you will be responsible for developing and facilitating customer service, supervisory and skills training workshops. Assist with managing the Service Academy training initiative and manage the new hire 6 month probationary process and track colleagues development for 1st year of employment.
You will also be responsible for assisting our leaders in utilizing Development Plans from Performance Appraisals to ensure that individual colleagues requirements are met and managed and ensure that our colleagues achieve individual and organizational goals. You will also take an active interest in developing yourself to expand your learning and development skills in order to stretch your responsibilities within our Learning & Development Team.
Requirements
To be successful in this position the following will come naturally to you;
You will have excellent administration, communication and comprehension skills as you will be required to facilitate the feedback received from programs whilst managing and administering them appropriately.
