Learning & Development Coordinator

Job description / Role

My client is a growing organisation, looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join the team.

The Role:
- Maintain information on staff members due for mobility and their preferred options;
- Incorporate into the training plan information on training/development needs identified during the gap analysis related to mobility.
- Incorporate into the training plan information on training/development needs contained in PDPs.
- Prepare, analyze and maintain proper training information database and training statistics for management reporting.
- Provide administrative and logistic support for Learning and Developments activities / initiatives
- Be effective in monitoring and implementation of Training & Development Plan
- Review training evaluation and feedback to improve training effectiveness

Requirements

5 years HR experience with a focus on L&D
Excellent communication skills
Western or Arab National candidates will be considered for this role

Salary
AED 15,000 - 18,000
