Job description / Role
Multinational professional services organisation looking for an excellent L&D coordinator.
The Role
The successful candidate will take on responsibilities including but not limited to those listed below:
Organisational planning and coordination of all Local, Regional and Worldwide training for Middle East consultants – including the organisation of local Induction Training. This
involves booking for trainers, acceptance and cancellation management, registration, confirmation and travel and logistics.
Mailing, collection and analysis of feedback requests and feedback on training events
Invoice reviews, monthly budget controlling and coordination with interfaces in addition to capture and tracking of budget deviations
Planning the training budget and the annual training program
Data entry and updates in Training Online (HR system), data preparation and reporting in Excel and Power Point
Liaison with the Training Director and wider Training Team on annual local training programme
Reports and analysis for Training as required
Requirements
The ideal candidate MUST meet the following criteria:
HR generalist experience or L&D within a professional services company - essential
Must have worked in a western or GCC country - essential
Western education - essential
Excellent communication skills - essential
Salary
AED 16,000 - 18,000
