The RoleThe RoleThe purpose of the job is to partnership with stakeholders on all ESAG requirements for learning and development with regular follow up, and execution of all tasks related to L&D Phases. The key action you will undertake will include regular meeting with HCD, Training Vendors and Internal Trainers to coordinate on courses, to organize Trainees, venues and dates. You will collaborate with L&D Ambassadors in order to gain necessary support and achieve the L& D Objectives for the year. |
RequirementsRequirementsIdeal candidate should possess minimum of 4 years of experience at execution of all facets of L&D and HC related functions. Individual must have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to interact at all levels. Should be well versed with MS office applications. Passion for L & D function,performance driven and capable to function with least supervision are critical requirements. |
