Job description / Role
On behalf of one of our top clients, a well-established and prestigious strategic advisory firm in the DIFC, Swisslinx is urgently looking for an experienced Learning & Development / Internship Manager to join their office in Dubai.
In this new and challenging role, you will be working alongside the Head of Learning in order to manage the L&D function, as well as being responsible for all of the business internship students.
In this role, you role will include but not be limited to:
- New employee orientation, junior to senior level
- Setting up academic programs for internship students, as well as monitoring during the duration of internship
- Conducting training and workshops
- Liaising with external trainings and coaches
- Structuring programs, as well as content creation
- Various HR tasks as requires
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in training, L&D, education
- Experience dealing with internship or graduate training programs
- Excellent experience in providing training, creating content, developing succession plans
- Experienced in setting up contracts with external trainers
- Excellent English skills, English mother-tongue preferred
You will be joining an existing and high-level team - you should have outstanding and articulate communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
