One of the most exclusive hotels in the UAE is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their established HR team. Situated in the heart of Dubai and widely recognised as a luxurious retreat for Dubai's visitors, it is essential that the successful individual have the right experience to maintain the exceptional levels of service provided by all at this exclusive venue.
The role of Learning and Development Manager includes many responsibilities such as the following:
- Building and planning the L&D Strategy on an annual basis and with the input of the HR Director, develop a strong L&D structure and enhance functional training and individual development plans
- Implement and facilitate key trainings such as leadership, coaching and promotion courses
- Conduct orientation for newly hired L&D team members
- Share learning materials with L&D staffs
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an L&D role
- Experience working in hospitality
- Regional experience is required
- Experience at managing and communicating with multiple nationalities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong fluency in English is essential
