Learning & Development Manager - Kuwait

Mackenzie Jones are working on an exclusive assignment with a well-known company with operations in the Middle East and internationally. They are now looking to recruit a Learning & Development Manager to join the business.

The Role
As L&D Manager you will need to take full ownership of the department. There will be many projects to get involved in from the start and you will be involved with both operational and the strategic input for Learning & Development. This really is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a department and improve the L&D function.

Requirements

The Person

It is essential for this role that the candidate has a minimum of 8 years experience within a Learning & Development management position, ideally in a services related industry (Retail, Hospitality etc)

The ideal candidate will have experience in writing new Training programmes and materials but also be able to lead a team to execute the training modules.

The candidate will be highly energetic, enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills.

Salary
KWD 2500 - 3000
