Job description / Role
A multinational FMCG business is seeking to recruit 2 Learning & Development Specialists to be responsible for training management of their head office and factory employees.
- Identify training needs in every department
- Set and maintain a training calendar for all employees
- Coordinate with external training consultancies dependent on the training required for the team and implement programs
- Facilitate internal and external training sessions
- Design internal training programs
- Obtain and review feedback post training sessions
- Develop a good network of trainers and consultancies in the FMCG industry
- Keep up to date relevant training developments in the industry
Requirements
1. Must be female with at least 2 years L&D experience with at least 1 year experience in the Gulf. Spanish speaker would be desirable.
2. Must be male with at least 3 years L&D experience with at least 2 years experience in the Gulf. Hindi dialect would be preferable and training experience within a factory setting would be most beneficial
Both candidates must have strong Excel skills with experience in reporting. You must have personable skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels.
A degree in a relevant HR/Business subject would be favourable
The salary on offer is between 18,000 - 21,000 AED per month with standard benefits.
