My client is a global retail brand. They are looking for a Learning Manager to join them due to expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and creative HR professional to join this excellent brand.

The Role
As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for training all back office employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement & execute the training & learning strategy for respective area of responsibility in consultation with key business stakeholders.
Strive to implement a learning culture within the organisation with innovative concepts and deliverables whilst continuously seeking inspiring methods to improve the efficiency of training services offered.
Partner with regional HR Managers to deliver an aligned regional catalogue of Functional learning offers (Retail University, Peak), Seasonal (Product updates, Events, New Technologies) and Back Office training (Fit for Today, Fit to Lead, Technical trainings) based on a needs assessment.
Source training providers & vendors to deliver into needs analysis.
Schedule, manage and execute the regional blended learning offers.
Report on training delivery - track execution, impact, analyze feedback and summarize key findings in monthly reports.
Manage the translation of training content and logistics of bringing content to market.
Conduct Industry benchmarking and maintain external contacts.
Align and share best practice with counterparts.
Creation and delivery of quarterly induction workshops.
Manage, lead and develop the learning department member and coach regional learning teams ensuring they are aligned to the corporate strategy and at the same time have a balance to manage the local regional requirements.
Manage learning budget.
Support HR Team Manager Talent in areas of development plans & programs, leadership initiatives, performance, succession when required.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following:

Training/Learning background, focusing on back office employees - essential
A minimum of 5 years experience within training - essential
Experience should include management training and coaching - essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - essential
Experienced working in a MNC - essential
Passionate and dedicated to L&D - essential

Salary
AED 25,000
