Job description / Role

The successful candidate will plan, organize and implement selling strategies within an assigned sales territory to achieve sales targets and goals of the entire McGraw-Hill Higher Education product portfolio, including Custom and Digital materials. Furthermore, he/she will build relationships and promote MHE products to all customers and assist in establishing MHE as the leading digital learning company.
The Role:
• Promote, sell and deliver McGraw-Hill Higher Education products to customers to achieve and/or exceed established sales targets and goals
• Actively prioritize technology, media and digital product offerings to all opportunities and sales calls
• Establish one’s self as the Digital Learning Consultant for the assigned accounts/territories and lead their shift from print to digital
• Travel extensively throughout the territory of responsibility

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years proven sales success; working experience in the educational markets with a focus on digital products, will be considered a plus
• Consultative sales experience
• Strong digital skills and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Ability to work in a dynamic/complex environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Articulate; superior communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to close a sale
• Knowledge of the Arabic language will be considered a plus
