Job description / Role
In particular has responsibility for:
Working alongside International L&D Managers to ensure the delivery of international training sessions.
This will include :
Venue management.
Delegate management (from various countries).
Sourcing /briefing /liaising with internal and external speakers.
Materials preparation.
Upload data to on-line systems.
Logistics for the sessions (transfers, facilities, accommodation, catering, social event, etc).
On-site support and event management.
Post session management (Processing invoices, evaluation, debrief session).
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, communicating effectively at all levels within the organisation.
Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work within a diverse team.
Proven organisational and prioritisation skills, take responsibility for managing own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Excellent IT skills (in particular the creation and use of Excel spreadsheets).
Enthusiastic and positive personality with ability to build trusting relationships with others.
Initiative and a pro-active approach.
Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexible regarding working hours and travel.
One year fixed term
Up to 25k per annum
