The RoleThe RoleWorld renowned professional services firm is recruiting for a Learning and Development Executive. This role sits within the MENA HR team and has a dotted line into the Global L&D team. Reporting into the HR Manager you will be the pivotal contact person for all L&D related enquiries from both internal and external client contacts. You will coordinate MENA training schedule encompassing professional and technical training across all business units. You will work closely with the HR Manager to devise and streamline policies and processes related to L&D development in the region. Assist with the role out and delivery of key development initiatives such as mentoring /coaching programmes, as well as conducting regular training needs analysis with line managers in developing tailored training programmes for individuals and Groups. |
