Employment: Full Time

In reflecting our continuing regional growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our Human Resources Division. The successful candidate will lead the creation, development and delivery of training and development programs with a hands-on, proactive approach. This position reports to the Firms UAE HR Director.

Preference will be given to those qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

Coordinating, facilitating and delivering learning and development initiatives in a variety of formats including classroom, online, train-the-trainer, coaching, mentoring and self-directed learning.
Producing, customizing and organizing training content, reference materials, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
Overseeing the development of an effective online learning management system platform to meet business requirements.
Coordinating the implementation of a comprehensive annual skills analysis and learning needs analysis.
Developing an annual skills plan.
Developing and implementing methods to measure learning and to evaluate effectiveness of training programs and training providers.
Developing and maintaining systems for measuring and reporting on all aspects of employee learning and development.
Liaising with and advising line managers and employees on suitability of available internal and external training and development programs.
Engaging business leaders in understanding and optimizing the value of learning and talent development.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to build strong relationships across organizational levels and cultures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Candidates are required to possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other relevant discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the learning and development field.

Prior experience working in the Gulf Region is required. The ability to travel to other KEO Regional Offices is required.

Exposure to an architectural, engineering or construction consultancy environment would be advantageous.
