Job description / Role
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to identify training needs of individuals according to the required competencies in every department by conducting and leading and L&TNA.
- Set a training calendar for all UAE regional office and Federal foods employees
- Determine the most appropriate type of training i.e. internal, external, or in-house.
- Coordinate with training consultancies to implement effective training programs in an effort to develop and improve performance.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external training programs.
- Design and facilitate internal training programs in liaison with the HR Business Partner and L&D Manager.
- Conduct a post training follow up to ensure that objectives have been met.
- Obtain feedback on training programs, effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Develop a good network of trainers and training consultancies in coordination with the L&D Manager.
- Keep up to date with the conference and seminars held, and trends and development in the field.
- Ensure quality implementation of High performance cycle, monitor progress as well as reporting.
- Work with HR business partners on executing the Management trainee programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business / HR.
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development role is preferred.
- Design of internal training programs
- Excellent Communication in English and Arabic is a plus.
- Proactive and solution oriented individual.
- High adaptability and flexibility.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
