Leasing Consultant – STR (Short Term Rentals)

Job description / Role

You will be responsible for Leasing Short Term managed rental properties.

- Acting as an inter-mediatory between tenants & landlords.

- Briefing the landlords about the competitive market pricing structure

- Conducting viewings in a timely manner whilst actively sourcing new business and maintaining existing clients.

Requirements

Applicants must have a proven track record in the Dubai property market.

Applicants must be confident to approach new companies. Preferably the successful applicant will come from a background within Hotel/Hospitality Corporate Sales.

Should be able to develop and maintain an effective, long term, working relationship with potential clients.

Should be able to handle tenants / Landlords with ease.
