The Role


The Role

Our client, a leading Real Estate and Development company, are looking to employ a Leasing Consultant for their Dubai based operation.

Reponsibilities:

* Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.
* Insure that target units are ready for show; have an awareness of the "curb appeal" of the property.
* Thorough knoledge of lease terms, specifications and all RERA policies,
* Knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniqques.
* Knowledgeable of current market conditions.
* Fully informed of current rental rates, szies, locations and all amenities of property.
* Maintain contact with real estate agents and online services to provide informational material. Update corporate website content periodically.

Requirements


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience showing and leasing residential, commercial and retail units to prospective tenants and able to negotiate terms, rates and contracts with tenants. The candidate must have excellent knowledge of small, mid and large office requirements and space management, able to make sound recommendations to potential tenant's senior management.

It is desired that the candidate has a university degree, a RERA license and three years related experience with a reputed leasing agency.
