An already acclaimed prestigious Retail Group are seeking an experienced Leasing General Manager with direct Shopping mall experience.
Our client are a well established Group with a portfolio of operational malls as well as developments at construction phase.
The locally operated Mall has an already successful established team, the CEO is seeking a Senior General Manager to be based on site in Kuwait and to oversee various malls.
This is a fantastic unique opportunity. Seeking a highly professional Leasing Manager with impressive coaching skills and a confident manner. Must be able to manage demanding situations and ability to be forward thinking. One should be able to implement tenant mix and understand demographics of regions.
One would be responsible for eventually expanding the team further as well as greeting tenants, managing leasing agreements and prospective tenants. Also must be able to ensure all credit checks are completed as well as contract management.
Required to study and analyse requests, lease approvals and continue business relationships.
Must possess strong communication skills and to have preferably worked with a global entity.
Requirements
Preferably degree educated with a Real Estate background and experience leasing Retail Malls at the pre-opening stage is essential. Shopping Mall experience is a necessity not purely retailer, preferably in the Middle Eastern region. At least 8 years experience required in a similar role.
