Job description / Role
Co-ordinate and develop strategy for Leasing Consultants
Manage the LCs in an efficient manner
Set individual targets for LCs and reviews them on a daily basis
Responsible to review and strategize ways to minimize vacant units
Responsible for meeting targets for rent commission
Responsible to assign leads to LCs and ensure that leads are converted to signed tenancies
Responsible for preparing Rent Surveys
Responsible to provide research analysis to Management for the purpose of establishing rental rates, and for LLRM to advice Landlords and DIB
Prepare and submit MIS reports on leasing to Management
Liaison between Management and LCs to ensure Management goals are translated into action
Identify and inform Management of any potential business opportunities
Requirements
Degree Educated
5+ years experience in property leasing
Knowledge
Enthusiastic, Strong personality, Knowledge of the market
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, conflict resolution/management skills
Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
