A Leasing Manager (Facilities & Property Management) is required by an International Consultancy Company in Abu Dhabi.

My Client is an International Company operating in managing major construction projects and providing high quality Project Management and Facilities Management services.

They are providing full Property Management and Facilities Management Solutions to their Clients, supporting their assets and investments with a total FM solution or Consultancy services.

The chosen candidate will oversee a prestigious portfolio of buildings within the UAE market.

Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or any related discipline;
- At least 8 years' leasing experience preferably come from property developer / property agency;
- Strong leadership and experience in managing Staff;
- Proactive and result-oriented;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
- The candidate MUST be based in Abu Dhabi;
- Female and Western are preferred.
