Parkhouse Bell is delighted to be a preferred recruitment partner for one of, if not the largest Land and Real Estate Development company in the Middle East region.

They are a Public Joint Stock Company (PJSC) and currently has ongoing Joint Ventures and projects across 18 different countries.

- You will be responsible for analysing market supply and demand of commercial office space and rates, and lease vacant space according to the leasing plan, time frames and defined target set out therein.
- You will lead negotiations and closures of individual leasing transactions, and support the team in concluding deals. You will also need to coordinate with relevant departments regarding changes in design, transitioning from contract to handover and commencement of fit out through to operations.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing.
- 3+ years experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or GCC.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strength and weakness of alternative solution, conclusions or approaches to problems.
