Job description / Role
A challenging role has recently opened within one of UAE's largest developers. The company is currently looking to hire a Leasing Manager to join their high performing team.
As the Leasing Manager, you will take over the following responsibilities:
* Contribute to the tenancy mix and gain approval from stakeholders
* Source suitable tenancies on a strategic basis
* Review and validate retail concepts
* Maintain a full comprehension of Regional retailers and their portfolios
* Build and develop relationships with Middle East retailers
* Work together with the Retail Leasing Team in different projects
Requirements
To be a successful candidate, you will have the following qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Urban Estate Management, Business Administration, ICSC or equivalent
* Minimum of 10 years experience in Retail Leasing, with at least 5 years in the UAE retail market
* Retail leasing involvement with regional malls and community retail
* Strong relationship with major Middle East retailers
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
