Leasing Sales Manager

Job description / Role

One of our clients whose dealing with automotive is currently looking for a Leasing Sales Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Develop and increase leasing business by targeting fleet operators, selling contract hire and leasing solutions to vehicle fleet operators including public sector
2. Build and maintain long client relationships with new and existing businesses
3. Meet profit target and ensure a sustainable growth
4. Work and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality services required by customers are delivered
5. Ensure that leasing contracts are well managed and maintained throughout their entire life span
6. Maintain an awareness of local market competition conditions and industry trends

1. Proven sales track record within a mainstream leasing company
2. Organised, motivated & tenacious team player
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Bilingual, English - Arabic
5. Thorough understanding of contract hire
6. Self motivated to meet and exceed targets
7. Strong financial analysis and administrative skills
8. Proven management skills
