Our Client is a Global Real Estate Firm with operations throughout the MENA Region.

The Agency Departments within our exclusive Client’s team provides expertise in development consultancy, leasing and acquisition of office property throughout the Region. Clients on the Development Consultancy and Leasing side include property developers and investors, institutional investors, property owners and public sector including government.

A Senior Leasing & Tenant Representation Analyst is now required to assist our Client’s Office Agency Team on existing instructions in the MENA Region. Responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the team in servicing clients on disposal instructions
• Preparing schedules
• Liaising directly with clients
• Running marketing campaigns
• Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
• Writing strategy reports, marketing reports and market summaries
• Conducting negotiations and writing Heads of Terms
• Cash flow analysis
• Updating internal database system
• Business targeting

Requirements

Applicants must have a leasing or brokerage background and have extensive knowledge of the Riyadh market. With a minimum of 2 years experience you will preferably possess an Iqama to make transfer of employment as easy as possible.
