Job description / Role
A well known luxury retail group has recently opened a challenging Lebanese Cuisine Chef position for thier hospitality division.
As the Lebanese Cuisine Chef, you will take over the following responsibilities:
- Planning the menu and preparing the dish specifications
- Allocating duties and supervising all kitchen staff
- Ensuring the compliance of food products to all hygiene, health and safety standards
- Inspecting dishes for quality before serving
Requirements
- Arabic Speaker
- With GCC experience
- Currently based anywhere in GCC
- Excellent senior culinary leadership experience
- Solid experience and knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, products and ingredients
- Kitchen management skills and knowledge of kitchen setup and equipment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
