Job description / Role

Main Purpose of Job:
Lecturer is responsible for lecturing English Language courses.
Lecturer is responsible for conducting PBL sessions when necessary.
Responsible for delivering other teaching forms such as Business Communication workshops, outings, field trips, etc.
Participating in extra-curricular activities.
Being a role model for the students.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Working as lecturer in English and Business Communication courses.
Delivering lectures, workshops and other work forms according to schedule.
Conducting PBL sessions according to schedule.
Coaching students within the learning process.
Preparation of lessons and of lesson materials.
Preparation of exams and tests.
Performing presentations.
Attending meetings regarding the study process.
Being involved in other University activities.
Being involved in exams as invigilator/corrector.
Contributing to the overall quality of the educational process in general.
Assigned by Academic Dean to manage specific projects.
Administering of Module Evaluations.
Coordinating a Module upon assignment by the Academic Dean (please see job description of Module Coordinator).
Fulfilling of classroom administrative requirements.
Any other task given at the discretion of the Management.

Requirements

Education & Training
Essential:
Masters level of teaching the English Language.

Desirable:
PhD level of teaching the English Language.
OR
PhD Degree Candidate

Experience & Achievement
Essential:
Experience in various testing methods and development of courses.

Essential:
Native speaker level of English language
