Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer in Psychology

RCSI Bahrain is seeking to recruit a highly motivated person for the position of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Psychology.

As a high-calibre academic you will participate in the development, direction, teaching, facilitation and examining of the medical and nursing programmes of RCSI Bahrain. You may be required to teach at other RCSI campuses and locations, within Bahrain and internationally. This position also offers the opportunity to carry out research within a healthcare and education setting along with potential to coordinate with RCSIs affiliated teaching hospitals.

As a relatively new University we are able to offer a highly dynamic environment where all staff are offered the ability to stretch themselves professionally and academically and become involved in multiple aspects of the universities expansion.

Probation: 3 months
Working Hours: Sun - Thurs 8am - 4pm

Requirements

You must hold a PhD in Psychology or a closely related social science subject; have excellent teaching skills and an up-to-date understanding of trends in undergraduate healthcare education.
