Legal Administrator - Legal - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

Spanning 3 million square meters Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

We are seeking to hire a Legal Administrator who will act as internal legal counsel and deal directly with the various businesses of Al-Futtaim Group. you will be required to have a strong background in the legal corporate matters, having extensively advised upon, negotiated, drafted, and reviewed related documentation. you will also be expected to be conversant with all applicable laws and regulations. In addition, the role will also require providing advice on a variety of matters, your job responsibilities will be including & not limited to:
* Dealing with various kinds of contracts specifically lease and sale contracts, distribution, license and contractors' agreements as to be subject to draft in a bilingual form, negotiating and review.
* Provide legal advice to AFGRE on issues related to the client & helping other departments in find out solutions, in addition to the legal advice necessary for conducting the concerned mission.
* Corresponds with clients / tenants and answer their inquires of suitable actions that could be taken, in addition to preparing legal due diligence and legal opinions.
* Handling clients' enquiries and any legal disputes that may arise and negotiating to reach the best solution for both parties.
* Provide litigation support; represent the company before governmental authorities, assist in obtaining the necessary permits and licenses, conducting the necessary minutes with different authorities, assist in drafting court memorandums, case evaluations and assessments.
* Preparing dispute strategy studies to identify the points of dispute and preparing a plan of the defense.

Requirements

* Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor Degree in Law is a must.
* Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a corporate legal role.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Successfully manage a demanding workload, meet deadlines, and to interact professionally with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external parties.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
* Excellent Arabic / English language skills, written & spoken.
* Member of the Egyptian Bar of Association.
