The role will work mainly at the Director's office and will serve all businesses on all legal and compliance matters including structuring, drafting, negotiating and closing commercial transactions and projects as well as on broad regulatory and compliance issues. RequirementsRequirementsIdeally you will be western qualified and fulfill the following criteria: • Between 5-10 PQE • Based in the UAE / have prior experience of the regions markets and business culture • Experience of the healthcare industry • General Commercial/ Healthcare Contracts experience • Solid contract negotiation and drafting experience • Robust character used to problem solving and managing key partner relationships Interested applicants may now apply online. |
