Employment: Full Time

Working in a small, internationally minded team, the successful applicant will advise on a wide range of legal matters pertaining to the company's broad activities.

A broad commercial role, you will advise all divisions of the group on legal matters relating to corporate transactions, supplier agreements, procurement, real estate laws, construction, litigation and general banking & finance negotiation.

This is a typical in-house counsel role that will require you to respond quickly to wide ranging legal problems, and so requires a strong all-round lawyer with a good attitude and a professional interest in the construction sector.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following:

- Saudi nationality
- US or UK LLM in addition to Saudi law degree
- At least 1 year professional experience
- Background in commercial law
- Professional interest in construction sector
