Job description / Role
A leading telecom company in Bahrain is seeking a legal advisor to join their team. The role would focus on a wide range of work, such as licensing, regulatory work, commercial, competition and TMT related contracts that need to be drafted and negotiated. Moreover, it will involve client interaction with the major telecom providers in the region on a day to day basis. Candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Legal.
Requirements
Candidate must have at least 4-10 PQE with experience of commercial contracts. TMT or IP or Telecom regulatory experience is preferred though not essential. Candidates must be business savvy and commercially minded and willing to relocate to Bahrain.
