The RoleThe RoleUp to AED45,000/month Overview This manufacturing organization has played a major part in the growth of the GCC’s economy. Due to restructuring of its corporate team, a Legal Advisor is required to oversee all company matters. The Role You will be required to provide legal advice spanning corporate and commercial issues, dispute resolution, employment law, compliance and corporate governance. Drafting a variety of agreements will be a crucial part of this role. You will report directly to the Vice Chairman as you help drive the business forward. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Person • A common or civil law qualification • At least five years PQE • Strong written and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English • A proven background in private practice • Experience gained in the GCC; knowledge of UAE law is required |
