Job description / Role
- Practiced the Commercial and business Law, Civil Law, and Saudi labor law.
- Reviewing and Drafting Legal Agreements, Contracts, documents, Memoranda , And all types of agreements( especially Contracting agreement, Settlement Agreement, Joint Ventures, Partnership Agreements Memorandum of Associations .. etc).
- Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies.
- Review all legal documents, reviewing them to make sure they are effectively drafted and interpreted.
- Familiar with Companies foundations, Business setups.
- Litigations, reconciliation of Disputes.
- Providing sound Judgment of Legal advices to all departments within the cooperation and whenever needed especially for Procurement and Contracts Departments, HR, i.e familiar with local Labor laws. And other departments. And providing the Company with analysis, recommendations and advises regarding issues where Legal Department is meant to intervenes.
- Acquisition of Companies, Assets, Properties and such matters with a wide experience of Commercial Transactions.
- Providing appropriate legal advice towards any dispute between the Company and Third Parties, and to manage the Lawsuits to achieve the aimed purposes.
Requirements
- Must have excellent command over English & Arabic.
- Prefer technical knowledge on all legal aspects involving the companys activities.
- General business and commercial law experience required, drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills.
