Job description / Role
A leading FMCG business is seeking to recruit a law graduate or a candidate with around 3 years Paralegal experience for the position of Legal Analyst.
Your main responsibility will be to provide legal analysis on corporate matters varying from legal research to contract analysis and approval. You will ensure the business remain compliant with local legislation and corporate guidelines.
- Negotiate service/supplier agreements and issue contracts
- Liaise with other departments to understand key aspects to include in contracts
- Review, draft and approve contracts
- Assist with project management of acquisitions including managing contracts
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must have a legal qualification and/or experience in a similar role / Paralegal.
Only male candidates will be considered for this role as there will be travel to KSA involved.
Arabic speaking is essential and candidates from Lebanon or Jordan are preferential.
