Job description / Role
A top law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Dubai offices. The firm is looking for a diligent and dedicated individual to join their midst and help support their Banking & Finance department. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a law firm is essential.
Some of the duties include:
- Audio typing
- Typing, analyzing , amending and proofing documents
- Drafting legal documents
- Conflict checks
- Planning and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Taking and transcribing oral dictation of notes, memos and legal documents
Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be highly organised with adept organisational skills
- Excellent touch typing skills
- Be a team player
- Faultless written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be able to work under high pressure situations
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Applications e.g. Word, Outlook etc...
