The Role


Our client is a highly prestigious organization with a diverse business portfolio; core focus is on both commercial and residential real estate within the region.

As part of a very busy legal department, the Legal Assistant is responsible for providing all aspects of legal and administrative support and coordination to attorneys and additional staff within the department. This will include; maintaining the database and the law files and libraries, managing the records, legal document production and editing, correspondence and compiling presentations and diary management for the attorneys. The Legal Assistant is privy to highly sensitive and confidential information, thus you will be an absolute professional, always demonstrating diplomacy and tactfulness in every situation Additional responsibilities will also include visiting the Land Department and other offices to make enquiries and follow up on documentation; hence candidates should possess a valid driving licence.

We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of legal administrative experience, a strong knowledge of standard office practices and excellent customer service skills. The successful applicant will be a fluent Arabic / English speaker with the ability to produce complex legal documents in Arabic and compile detailed reports. Additionally, either experience in an international law firm or within an in-house legal department of a corporate entity would be advantageous.

Qualifications:
Fully proficient in MS Office
Arabic typing skills
High school diploma
