The RoleThe RoleOverview With expansion across the region continuing for this international firm, an Associate for its Corporate division is required for Abu Dhabi. The Role With up to six years PQE gained in a leading law practice, you will work closely with the Partners across a variety of regional and global clientele. Travel will be required and fluency in English and Arabic is required. Outstanding non Arabic speaking Corporate Associates with excellent credentials will be considered on a case-by-case basis. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Person • A law degree; preferably a relevant Masters degree • A common law qualification gained in Australia, the US, Canada, the UK or New Zealand • 6 years PQE; GCC experience is desirable but not a must • Excellent knowledge of corporate law with an emphasis on MOUs, JVs and M&As • Excellent drafting skills Due to the nature of this role and firm, in-house candidates will not be considered.
