Charterhouse is working with a renowned Financial Services organisation. The Company offers a caseload of interesting projects in an industry that is set for substantial growth in the future. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Legal Compliance Manager to join their Abu Dhabi Head Office.

The compliance team oversee the corporate compliance program, functioning as an objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues within the company. You will ensure that the company is fully compliant with various laws and regulations of the Regulatory Authorities and that company policies and procedures are being followed.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 6 years previous experience working in a compliance-based position within a financial services organisation, preferably in insurance. You should have a legal background and preferably have started your career within a Private Practice or in-house Legal Counsel position. Arabic fluency is essential and it should be noted that this is a law-based compliance role and not an accounting or audit role.
