Job description / Role
•Support the Group in all legal issues & provides legal advising.
•Handling and following up all issues of Real estate, Construction and Commercial Dispute Resolution.
•Advising the best approach in Litigation & Arbitration/ for Group conflicts & cases (Real Estate, Construction, Commercial), Manage & draft all the litigation and Arbitration cases (Statement of Claims/ Defense memo’s)
•Drafting & reviewing several types of Contracts & Agreements /employment Agreements / legal notice / all types of legal documents.
•Coordination with government department for all legal issues and be a contact for all other legal issues arising in the Whole Group.
•Attending board of directors meetings / providing legal studied & legal advising/ assist in the negotiation and completion of contractual documentation with Group customers and counterparties.
•Develop standard form documentation for generic products, and also review standard-form documentation and propose changes to ensure that it remains appropriate in the light of all legal and regulatory developments and all internal policy requirements
Requirements
University Qualifications: Master in Law
Other certifications obtained: International Arbitration Certification
Nature and length of previous experience: 6 in UAE Property LAW
Language Fluency: Arabic
