Employment: Full Time

One of the largest professional services companies in the world is seeking an ambitious Legal Corporate Associate. The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years of experience, ideally with a large full-service law firm, drafting and negotiating complex documents and supervising the due diligence process. The company requires bilingual candidates for this position and on a transferable iqama.

In alignment with corporate goals, specific responsibilities for the Attorney will include:
- Providing well-reasoned, thorough and timely legal advice and counsel related to daily operational and strategic issues to the enterprise;
- Assisting business leaders with identifying, developing, implementing, and monitoring a variety of business and compliance-related projects processes and documents;
- Assisting with the research, drafting, review and regulatory approval of insurance products;
- Reviewing, researching, investigating and resolving consumer complaints, regulatory disputes and inquiries, and matters of alleged misconduct;
- Researching, drafting, reviewing and negotiating basic to intermediate level agreements and other legal documents, and assisting with more complex transactions;
- Maintains records and prepares reports on legal procedures for department management;
- Meets with community members and attorneys representing the City, other public jurisdictions, or private parties regarding issues affecting the department and advises them or states the department's position on legal matters;
- Drafting, reviewing and translating contracts and agreements including, but are not limited to, transfer of technology, franchising, joint ventures agreements, constructions, supply of factories contracts including conditions for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and warranties, and the negotiation thereof, in addition to drafting memorandum of understanding, articles of incorporation, and by-laws of Saudi corporations and foreign investment companies and the incorporation thereof under Saudi laws before SAGIA;
- Conducting analysis and logical and organized thinking to ensure the implementation of the required tasks efficiently.

Requirements

- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic, and be familiar with the use of computer;
- Must be cooperative, organized, detail-oriented, highly responsible, reliable, be able to multi-task and have a professional attitude and attire;
- Very good analyzing and problem solving skills are a must for this profession;
- Should be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines;
- Must have the discretion to maintain client - attorney confidentiality faithfully;
