Job description / Role
Our Client, one of the most respected names in the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a Legal Counsel to work for their operations in Iraq.
Some of his responsibilities include:
Negotiation, documentation and interface with suppliers and business partners;
Reviewing, negotiation and drafting of various agreements, including those related to vendors, agents, NDAs, MOUs;
Managing issues relating to customer contracts, corporate administration, corporate compliance.
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
*Graduated from a leading law school in US or UK with excellent academic credentials;
*6-10 years PQE
*Candidates with experience on commercial dispute resolution;
*Srong experience and understanding of the oil & gas industry;
*US/UK Laws, Anti-boycott issues;
*Fluency in Arabic and English is a must;
*Open-minded, business focused and excellent communicator
