Job description / Role
- Preparing and/or reviewing all client contracts, supplier contracts and amendments thereto.
- Assisting with the negotiations of contract changes.
- Reviewing, developing, and enforcing administrative procedures for effective and economical performance within terms and conditions of the contract and policies.
- Reviewing and interpreting contractual instruments and recommending the best route forward.
- Coordinating efficient and proper corporate housekeeping for all regulatory and official company documents, and maintaining such documentation up - to - date with the relevant authorities.
- Consulting with local counsels for all litigation and claims before the local courts.
- Providing critical analysis of terms and conditions and develop responses that meet the client's risk strategy.
- Monitoring changes in the relevant legislation.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in end to end contract management.
- Bachelor of Law.
- Bilingual - English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of Qatari Law.
