Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an international hotel chain who has a significant portfolio of 5 Star hotels and resorts in the GCC. With an expanding business fueled by accelerated growth in tourism, our client is looking to hire a talented and ambitious Hospitality and Real Estate Lawyer to strengthen their legal division.

As part of this role, you will work on a wide range of matters across the GCC. You will focus mainly on hospitality related work together with general real estate, construction and corporate advisory matters.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be qualified in the UK with an excellent academic record. You should have at least 8 years post qualification experience ideally within the UAE hospitality market. It is essential that you have previous experience of participating in large scale cross-border and local investment hospitality projects that focus on long-term cooperation between foreign investors and local partners though the establishment and operation of joint ventures, holdings, and corporate restructuring.
