Job Title: Legal Counsel - IT/Corporate, Dubai
Job Details:
An exciting position has become available for an experienced Corporate lawyer who has extensive experience of dealing with contracts and agreements within the IT sector, as well as handling various licensing and distribution matters. As part of a regional corporate head office function, you will also offer general legal support across many business functions and be able to answer labour law, compliance, risk and dispute queries.
My client is a large multinational organisation within the information technology sector. They are keen to find a candidate who will grow with the business and offer long term service and in return, they are offering a challenging learning environment with ongoing support and training, a competitive salary and expatriate benefits.
Requirements
Experience Required:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 - 4 years experience as a qualified lawyer.
- Candidates should have a bachelors of law degree from a reputable university and should also be admitted to practice to a national bar. (Home country or other jurisdiction).
- Candidate should have 2-4 years experience of dealing with commercial contracts, agreements and supporting company business functions with legal matters.
- IT related experience will be favoured.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous for this role.
