LEGAL COUNSEL - MIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICA - RED BULL
PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:
The Legal Counsel (MENA) assists the commercial business in ensuring the efficient and effective management of legal risks associated with the Red Bull businesses in the region, in accordance with global guidelines, regional business priorities, and the Red Bull brand values. In particular, the Legal Counsel will have direct responsibilities for the Red Bull UAE and Egyptian businesses (subsidiaries) and Middle East and Northern African distribution markets.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
You will provide day to day legal advice to the company, often from a risk management perspective. Contracts must be kept up to date and in line with company policy, as well as overall company adherence to compliance and regulatory issues. This particular company also holds a portfolio of diverse media and sports projects that will require particularly specialist advice.

Requirements
ABOUT YOU:
There are some essential criteria to be eligible for the role. You must have strong spoken Arabic, whilst reading and writing will be an advantage. It is likely that you will need to be based in the region already. You must also come from a very strong law firm or in-house background and have around 4+ years of post qualified experience. Your background will be in commercial law, but any additional experience will be welcomed. Additional experience in sports, media and entertainment will be advantageous.
