Job description / Role
Our client are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel who will be responsible for providing analysis and counsel on legal matters along with giving regulatory advice to reduce risk, exposure and liability across all of the business.
Requirements
You will have at least 10 years of legal experience including UAE and you will have experience in contracts, preparation of cases to defend the company, setting agreements such as MOU, development of contracts including JV's and all the required legalities et al.
