The RoleThe RoleCirca AED45,000/ month Overview With exciting new projects underway, oil and gas production specialist is in need of a Legal Counsel for its growing division. The Role Reporting to the General Counsel, the bulk of your work will involve drafting and negotiating technical contracts in relation to global projects undertaken by the Company. You will liaise with external counsel as well as legal representatives worldwide. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Person • At least five years’ legal PQE • Common law qualification preferred from the UK or US jurisdiction • Excellent English drafting skills; Arabic would be highly advantageous • Oil and gas experience is essential; knowledge of GCC law is highly desirable |
