Job description / Role
A leading Property Developer is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team. The role will assist the legal director in the dispute resolution matters, especially litigations, settlement, Termination, consolidation, drafting and reviewing settlement and other matters.
Requirements
You must possess Litigation, arbitration and commercial experience coupled with knowledge of real estate law in Dubai (particularly interim real estate register law, mortgage law, escrow account law, termination law, real estate register law, leasing law, strata and owners association law)
Experience in Construction is also highly desirable
In addition you will need to have the following:
Arabic and English drafting skills
Solving problems and legal research skills
