Job description / Role
Our client, a property organization, is urgently looking for a Legal Counsel who will be based in their Dubai office. This is a stand alone legal post with direct report to the CEO / Chairman where you will be involved in all aspects of providing legal support to the business including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Requirements
To be considered, you should be a law degree with minimum 5 years law practice. You need to have solid corporate and real estate exposure - Shariah would be beneficial however not essential. Listed companies experience is essential.
It does not have to come from an in house background however if you are coming out of private practice you must understand a real estate investment trust and have worked closely with them before. ie, secondments, clients previous experience etc.
