Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a prominent FMCG & commoditiy manufacturer and distributor seeks a Portuguese speaking Legal Counsel.

The role, reporting into the Group Head of Legal is to offer expert opinion and advice on M&A activity, distributorship arrangements, shareholder agreements and perform due diligence on the groups business activities across Africa and Europe

Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

A minimum of 6 years PQE in either a reputable law firm or FMCG MNC

Strong corporate & commercial skills

M&A experience

Preferably experience in distributorship agreements in Europe and/or Africa

Fluent in Portuguese
